MEMORANDUM :
Madam, Sir,
Following the Port of Montreal’s circular letter dated February 19, 2010, you are hereby informed that as of March 1st, 2010, all requests for the replacement of a port identity card will have to be made directly to the Port of Montreal and not at the Dispatch Centre. In consequence, you must go in person to 2100 Pierre Dupuy Avenue, Port of Montreal Building, Wing 2, Suite 1020, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 11:30 and between 13:30 and 15:30. We suggest that you telephone before at 514-496-4196 to ensure that the office is opened.
Moreover, it is important to note that a payment of $40 plus taxes will be required to replace an expired, lost or stolen port identity card. This payment can be made in cash or by a VISA, Mastercard or debit card. A defective or damaged port identity card will be exchanged without cost.
